Membership Requirements:
You must be a founder, co-founder, owner or controlling shareholder of a company that grosses more than USD $1M annually.
Separate requirements apply for venture-backed companies: privately raised funds of USD $2M or publicly raised funds of USD $5M, and 10 full-time employees. Companies have 3 years before they must meet the USD $1M gross annual revenue standard.
