Join your EO Awaken peers for a unique experience of mindful golf. The 2 hour workshop prior to your round, is facilitated by John Trapp, EO Member and Co-Founder of Lifestyle Meditation. If you’re a golfer, you’ve probably experienced those shots that keep us all coming back. You’ve entered that sweet spot where all the mechanics and your focus have come together. That magical moment creating the perfect shot. Explore how the practice of meditation, along with some key tools designed for you out on the course, can increase these moments and bring more joy to your round. These tools can be used to formulate an active walking meditation for all 18 holes or simply help you create a focused routine to drop into the zone over every shot. We won’t guarantee an immediate improvement on your score, but we’re very confident you’ll experience more joyful moments during your round.You’ll connect deeply with yourself and your game, while being wrapped in the beauty of Bali as your backdrop.

Facilitator: John Trapp

is the past-president of the EO Edmonton Chapter, who sold his business in 2014 and recently co-founded Lifestyle Meditation with his wife Mandy. Their vision is to help spread the benefits of meditation into modern world. John is an avid golfer and skier, who passionate about connecting individuals through sport, nature and meditation.
